PagerDuty Toolkit

The PagerDuty toolkit lets LLMs interact with PagerDuty via Arcade, enabling incident management, on-call visibility, and team/service inspection through natural language.

Capabilities

  • Incident lifecycle: Retrieve individual incidents or list them with filters (status, urgency, service, team, time range); update status (acknowledge, resolve, reopen); reassign to a specific user; and inspect the full activity log (triggers, escalations, acknowledgments, resolutions).
  • On-call & scheduling: List current on-call entries with optional filters; browse and inspect rotation schedules and escalation policies.
  • Teams, users & services: List or get teams (with members and linked resources), users, and services; fuzzy-search users by name or email; retrieve the authenticated user's own profile.
  • Identity: Whoami returns the authenticated user's PagerDuty profile including contact methods and notification rule summaries — useful for confirming the acting identity in agentic flows.

OAuth

This toolkit authenticates via OAuth 2.0 using the PagerDuty provider. See the Arcade PagerDuty auth provider docs for setup instructions, required scopes, and token configuration.
