Microsoft Users Toolkit

Provides LLM tools for querying Microsoft Graph user profiles and organizational hierarchy within a Microsoft 365 tenant. Enables agents to look up identities, enrich contact data, and traverse org structure programmatically.

Capabilities

• Identity lookup: Resolve one or more users by email, UPN, or user ID, with automatic optimization between single and batch Graph API calls.
• Current user context: Retrieve the authenticated user's own profile, including name, email, job title, department, office location, and tenant domain.
• Org hierarchy traversal: Walk up or down the org chart by fetching a user's direct manager or their paginated list of direct reports (users and organizational contacts).

Note: All tools require a Microsoft 365 work or school account. Personal Microsoft accounts (outlook.com, hotmail.com, live.com) are not supported.

This toolkit uses OAuth 2.0 via the Microsoft provider. See the Arcade Microsoft auth provider docs for configuration details.
