Reddit Toolkit
The Reddit toolkit connects Arcade to Reddit via OAuth, enabling LLMs to read, post, and interact with Reddit content on behalf of authenticated users.
Capabilities
- Account & identity: Retrieve the authenticated user's username and their own posts.
- Subreddit exploration: Check subreddit existence and access status, fetch subreddit rules, and list posts by listing type (hot, new, top, controversial) with metadata.
- Post retrieval: Fetch the full content of one or multiple posts by ID in a single or batched request.
- Engagement: Submit new text posts, comment on posts, and reply to existing comments.
- Comment reading: Retrieve the first page of top-level comments on any accessible post.
OAuth
This toolkit authenticates via OAuth 2.0 with Reddit. See the Arcade Reddit auth provider docs for setup details.
